You should definitely find an expert, preferably in person. If it is RAID, both disks need to be connected and configured with the correct RAID parameters so that sense can be made of the filesystem, which I suspect is also randomly divided across to two physical discs. Hopefully, if it is RAID, you can attach both disks to a computer running an OS that can do RAID in software with two USB-connected disks.
