Welp, I watched it, it were like... not great but not terrible?
The really shocking bit is that I didn't hate Nardole, and even began to wonder if there would be slash of them if they were younger/thinner/prettier. There won't be, but maybe there should be? (He get Nardole in to replace his wife, that's kind of slashy.) Though I feel I have no idea what Nardole will be like in S10 because he had at least two personalities in that. Still, if Donna could be softened to become a regular I suppose much is possible.
Actually the end was a bit Runaway Bride, but this time I feel pretty confident that Bill won't get fucked over in the name of River Song so it's probably okay.
Some bits were a bit cringe and a few things were a bit um but overall it was fine. Generally it's not the best when they go to America.
Might give Class a go at some point, it was linked from the iPlayer page so it reminded me of it.
