Leaving again :)

So tomorrow early morning I am leaving again :-)
This time I am traveling to the land of wrath.. or ire... Ireland, I mean. And I keep wondering why on Arda that country is called what it is. Any ideas?

And according to wikipedia, "Ireland" comes from the Gaelic "Eire":

"The modern Irish Éire evolved from the Old Irish word Ériu, which was the name of a Gaelic goddess."
