Took my orals this morning. It sure wasn't fun, and I felt rather stupid for not being able to answer some of the questions, but all that doesn't matter because I PASSED! I am now (or will be when I submit the form) a doctoral candidate. :)

Of course I've spent the whole rest of the day catching up on the WC...

yay yay congrats!!! woo hoo- I bet your orals were like a thousand times worse than my orals and I know how psyched I was to be done so I'm sure you must be over the moon. Are you doing anything to celebrate? What are the next steps now that you're a candidate?
