nah, you dont need it. people will tell you its healthy but it isnt. independency is healthy, because health really revolves around the individual. you'll try to feel normal by surrounding yourself with aquaintences, nothing along the genuine sort. and you misread this angst inside you as an empty lonely hole thats only searching for something genuine...something real close, but you really arent looking for that at all, your really just looking for someone who understands..someone on the same level maybe even someone so far above you that your spine tingles everytime they speak. but if you go on looking your left with nothing except failed attempts and people who let you down which gets you right into the point of isolation all over again.
live for yourself. no one else. forget about the friendships. a connection will come to you, take from it what you need and then leave it to burn.
i do and always will admire you, emmy. i think we think way too much alike, therefore screwing us over with the whole opposites attract thing. but it's good to know someone's on the same page. you really don't need people. people just want people around. i'd rather surround myself with stuffed animals as opposed to any humans any day.
And also, if anyone is an expert at losing friends, being fucked over my friends, being betrayed by friends, and being completely disillusioned by friends, it's me; and believe me when I say, it never gets better, people almost never change, and 99% of the time, people act solely out of self-interest, rather than honest - so, if you're dropping someone, chances are, they're worth dropping. I'm always here for you if you need anything, though, and I try myself to be the best friend I can.
Just so you know, I keep that picture of you lifting your dress in the glovebox of my car because I love it dearly, in a totally non-perverse way.
My love for yoooou builds more and more each other. You're seriously making me consider editing this post so it says EXCLUDING CLARE. BECAUSE I LOVE CLARE. AND SHE'S A DECENT HUMAN BEING WITH NON-CREEPY INTENSIONS, WOO!
