Michael Douglas in Falling Down is a total and complete badass.

It's the only good work Joel Schumacher has ever done (especially now that he's doing shitty films like The Number 23 where all he does is camera tricks to hide bad film making). But yeah, it's one of the best movies about obsolete man vs. society, along with Taxi Driver and I Stand Alone.

the book and the movie are amazing. although, i watched the movie before i read the book so i didn't get the same gist.
