hello. i found you through a mutual friend and after reading your userinfo i decided i would very much like to be your friend. i'm different from you in many ways, but whoes to say that that is a bad thing? in fact our differences are what sparked the desire in me to add you. i'd like to learn from you, if you will let me?

i agree with you: it can be a great thing if we are different in many ways because then we can learn to see some things in different way by learning from each another. and who knows if someday we are not anymore so different? so yes, i will add you because i'd also like to learn from you.

...you seem to be quite interesting person. i am glad that you asked me to add you.

I saw your post in holiday_wishes and you're a writer. I'm a writer, or at least I want to be. And I read your info page and it was beautiful and I agree with it almost entirely. So, if it's okay with you, I'd like to add you to my friends list. And if you see fit to add me to yours, I'd be honoured.

I'm trying to be a writer and sometimes it feels like I'm everything else than a writer. I added you and I hope that I will get to know you because your journal is interesting. And I'm honoured that you asked me to add you.

I'm seventeen-year old girl in America. My parents are from Pakistan and India.

When the earthquake happened, my parents were calling my family in Pakistan, wanting to know if they were all right. My friends and I were donating money to a school fundraiser for the earthquake. My father wired extra money to my relatives there to help them.

I added you.

I'm a dreamer, a believer. I still think there is hope in the world; it has always been there. It just takes a little trying from everyone for it to surface.

I hope that your relatives didn't get hurt when the earthquake happened. I don't have any relatives in Pakistan or Kashmir so it didn't touch my family much although they were worried.

You are a good person and I think that I could learn a lot from you.

And like you I'm also a dreamer, a believe and I also believe there is hope in the world. Your profile tells me that you are an amazing person.

My relatives were fine, though lots of areas were devastated and for weeks they saw people loading up food and clothing onto trucks and sending into areas hit the hardest.

Thank you .. I think I can learn from you, too.

BTW, is it okay if I email you sometimes? I'm always up for listening for whatever you have to say and I hope it is the same the other way around too. :)

I am happy that nothing bad horrible happened to your relatives. It's always shocking to hear bad news from India and Pakistan because there is always happening something.

Yes of course you can send me emails, I'd be very happy if I read your emails because they are more private than these comments at LJ. Like you, I'd gladly you whenever. And by the way don't worry if I don't answer to in Gtalk because it's always open when my computer is open. So sometimes my brother & father are using computer and still the Gtalk is open. (I'm too lazy to close it.)
