Dream § 11 [Public] Saying Goodbye
They are sitting in their meadow, her arms passed around his neck, her head resting on his shoulder. They both knew it might have come to this one day, but Estelle is not ready to say goodbye. The princess wonders if she will ever be.

A cold touch on her back and she knows that he's trying to soothe her sorrow away. She sighs slightly and swallows back the tears in her eyes. She moves to look at his golden eyes, smiling slightly. She doesn't want for him to have the last image of her crying. And so she smiles and reaches for his cheek, caressing it gently.
"I'll never forget you...."
A soft smile, the quick thought that they both know she lies. When it will be her turn to go back to her world, memories she made in this world are going to erased, as if nothing happened. But Estelle still wishes that her heart will remember what it feels to love.

Holding him more closely to her, she feels their time is growing to its end and still she's not ready to let go. She feels him chuckle without humor and she gives him a concerned look:
"...I'm sure Rita is going to find a way to hunt to my own world for this, isn't she?"
She wants to laugh at the thought but she can't and so she simply shakes her head:
"I won't let her..."
Because the princess knows that beying this world, his own happiness is waiting for him.
