There is a certain beauty to pavement, and rock in general.
I plan to never mow a lawn ever again. If I get a place with a lawn, someone else is taking care of it! I am all about making the house simple, I will install something complicated if it ends up saving time and money in the long run.
There were many days when mowing my fathers lawn (a 3 to 6 hour process, half to a full hour with a push mower, and 2-5 on a riding lawnmower) where I had these images of lasers, and the grass having a border of mirrors... and with a push of a button or on a schedule could cut the entire lawn in seconds..
Cutting grass kills an entire day, instead of doing something productive.. I am mowing a lawn. Old people need to take into consideration that they only have a few years left to live, and they CHOOSE to spend those years cutting grass...
For crying out loud, go travel, do something on the bucket list, spoil/torture your grandchildren!!
