I'm taking a speech class and my next speech I am doing on cutting. I've been a cutter for 5 years and I have heard a couple of speeches on cutting but they haven't been from people who have been there. Plus most of the time they go off of what the docs say. I want my speech to be from the cutters point of view. This is where you all can help me

1)What is self-harm (in your own opinion)? A way to release emotion and self pity. They are unhappy with the way their life is going, and they find it easier than to talk to others about it
