You have that right-especially if they're able to force people into experiments and involuntary drafts before they have a chance to do anything.

I bet you there's been a few good attempts at scramming outside of the barrier.

But... it doesn't seem to matter. They have the control; as long as they're capable of shifting people in and out of the barrier, I doubt we stand a chance getting anywhere at all.
