Does he really think people are going to follow those instructions? If the FBI were able to get their hands on the "counterfeit" money in the first place, they'd throw it out, not write some shit on it to make the next person into whose hands it falls into responsible for it. I mean, it sounds legit, but logically? Doubtful at best.

That's true, but also who would be stupid enough to accept a dollar bill that they can't spend anywhere? So I suppose he made his point... He can't give it away, he can't spend it, so it's therefore wasted. Bravo for overcomplicating simple ideas. -_-
