I swear, some landlords are evil, evil people. Our last one was a Big Conglomerate who charged us $200 because we forgot to dust off the top of the fan. DUST THE FAN! I physically moved the fridge and the oven so I could scrub the floor UNDER them and then moved them back, for Gods' sake! But apparently it costs $200 to dust a freaking fan.
I'm sorry your Big Shit continues to be big. I'll be crossing my fingers for you.
