Well, it's not an entirely accurate description. Set up a tempting lure with various levels of filters and then tracking who hacks in, and how far. Just an interesting experiment.

Well, I've never studied physics, but it has something to do with splitting apart atoms to release the energy that holds them together. That energy can be used for powering homes or used in bombs. One atomic bomb could probably level this entire city and make it inhospitable for decades.
