I'll spare you the hows and whys, but I'm working with the kid in the mask named Spoiler, in the interests of making sure your local vigilantes aren't a danger in their own enthusiasm. You got files on her, or notes on her interaction with the police? I need to know how hard her butt needs kicked in training.

Her interaction has been pretty haphazard at best. She was partially involved in an investigation of a poison-bomb attack and the more recent murders purpetrated by the vampire Walter. She also got some instruction from Rorschach, I believe.
