I hadn't even noticed this was a leap year until I checked the Network this morning. Without a calendar, a routine, or a job, the days tend to keep to themselves. Not that I haven't been keeping busy - plenty of time in the dojo, going for hikes, chopping wood, dealing with curses and the general populace. Every four years, a day is added to the month of February in order to make the modern calendar fit with the rotation of the earth around the sun.

It's kind of like going over the international date line - suddenly the day you just lived through doesn't really exist any more.
