Brilliant work.

I wish we could know who our anonymous friend is. I think we should wait until there is more sufficient evidence. The tape may have been planted, and still a motive for the explosions hasn't properly appeared.

The motive to me seems pretty clear - to scare off potential Wardens. The tape hasn't been tampered with electronically, but I suppose that wouldn't stop anyone with magic at their fingertips. It fits with bystander reports, though.

Tublicain Alhambra has been brought in before in connection with a kidnapping case and... mysteriously managed to escape from the prison. If he's the source of the casino explosions then it seems it's most probably another Millenium plot.

The explosions outside of Blitza's also appear to have been magically induced, which is quite different from the mechanical bomb sent to Sergeant Sagara.

Not that I'm aware of. The Millenium operatives tend to stay within their headquarters and it was quite an operation when we stormed it the first time to rescue Cheza. Some oddities with that mission too.

They seem to like causing chaos for chaos' sake.
