032 - Murder Mystery

I kind of miss having Linnaeus around, even if he is supposed to be my soul, and thus hasn't actually gone anywhere. It's comforting, always having someone around who knows you. I guess that's the appeal of marriage.

It's hard to tell if this spate of hacked accounts is a curse or just a coincidence.

[Police Filter//unhackable]

Here's what we know so far:

The killer is experienced, in their prime, and intelligent even though they have used coarse language in all anonymous posts thus far. Could be male or female right now, as the traps do not require strength to execute. They do not have any supernatural abilities, but are highly skilled in covering their tracks. This may indicate that they are not so arrogant as to think that they cannot be caught. Their principle motive for these attacks likely have a grudge against those close to Nicholas D. Wolfwood, but that clearly only overlays a deeper problem. They don't enjoy the kill, but they need it. They announce it to the world, but they stay anonymous.

The killer has been in contact with one Legato Bluesummers, also from Wolfwood's world. Someone from Tech Intel should take a look at his journal and see if you can find anything about the killer out through there. The killer may also have set up electronic traps, so be careful.

The Special Assult Team is going to recover the bodies of those who were most recently attacked. The Forensics team should be ready to receive the bodies as soon as they arrive and then get them over to the hospital once you've finished your report. Field Intel will move into the area once it has been cleared as safe.

And Ms Saverem is awake, I would like for someone to volunteer to go see her.

Anything else?

[ooc: Hope this is okay with everyone~ Let me know if I've screwed something up and I'll retcon it or something. >>; I'm going to be watching some Stanley Cup, so tags might be slow.]
