Fanfiction. One of the people the curse brought in told me about it, then started calling it fanfic. You know how some of the people in the City are in books or movies and stuff in other worlds? Fanfic is where people take characters from other people's stories and write new stories about them.

If that makes people happy and all, that's cool. But I don't want to read stuff me or people I know are in. That's weird.

Um, well, maybe one day when you get a little older you'll find someone really special you'll want to do those things with. But that isn't the sort of thing you should do before you're ready, no matter what people recommend.
