Sitting on a towel, wearing a cute white and pink bikini, she watched the sea, smiling at the waves, pondering if she should go swim or not. She turned around to ask Luke if he wanted to join her but she found him sitting with Asch, Raven, Lloyd, Flynn and Zelos, looking away from her.

Yes, it is suppose to that. The device is called a Dreamberry and it allows you to see everyone's dream. And everyone can see your dream too. But I think you can set it to show it to a certain group of people if you want, but it doesn't always work.
