Yeah, who could ignore all these people, baring their thoughts without a wisp of protection? That's a recipe for trouble. But there's so many out there, how does one guy even know where to start?

Perhaps address certain people who may have more trouble than others? I'm sorry, I am not too sure where a person would start either.
