Simon's here!  Got here a few days ago!  He's here!  My big brother is such a boob but he always comes for me.  I knew he would.  He's my big brother!

Met all sorts of people now.  Simon still isn't used to all the different people here, but he will.

There were irises on my bed.  Haven't seen real irises since before the Academy...

I'm glad that we're both here together, and at the moment, safe. Serenity can't get us here, but... Neither can the Alliance. So we're safe. I just hope everyone on Serenity will be all right. Without their doctor and all... But they survived without me before. ... Kaylee would miss me. I miss her too.

I'll get used to them maybe not Alema though if she keeps giving me those looks... soon. It's just like being on Serenity for the first time. If I'm lucky, I won't get punched.
