[Tsukasa's in the Science Center, believe it or not, and he's in the technology section. Despite not having his magic back, he's still got his staff with him. They can do all sorts of things, really... whatever people program them to do.

No, "computer code" is basically... the language computers speak. The computer takes in the code and does whatever it tells it to do.
