Hahaha , yes . At least in personal experience almost all the times happens that . Also something very strange is when men [ well , I had seen this on both genders , but mostly on males ] say : Turn off the radio because I can't see .

Bah, I never ask for directions! (only because im completely ocd and have a detailed map + written directions whenever i go somewhere new)

I don't drive , so I had never done that .
I swear , at least here in Mexico , they always do that and I haven't realized it until today and seriously , WTF
