You shouldn't hate books per se, since hatred is such a strong word. However, there comes a time in every person's life that they come across a piece of literature that while it may hold strong meaning to a particular individual, is rather uninviting. In a literature class this semester, you will probably come across at least one more piece of similar literature. Good luck in school. Make sure to have fun, two more years until the big great beyond. Love ya.

I am really excited about this year. I did a lot of self discovering this summer and i am excited to show everybody me. and its not necessarily that i hated the book. I must say when I actually sat down and had to read it I did enjoy it in parts but others parts I fell asleep. and after talking to someone who read it when they were in high school she said that in college I may find a new appreciation for it but I dunno. This year is jam packed with fun and school and work and driving. Its gonna be a good one. I need your new address...ya know someone has a birthday soon... :) I miss you Jeffie! Love you
