I haven't posted in a while. The longer I go without posting, the harder it gets to do so. I've written on that subject before. Essentially, it becomes daunting. I am pretty sure I was at that first Wood Burning Cat show, and if I wasn't, I was at the next one.
I remember gushing profusely and you smiling, but then telling me very seriously to shut up.
I love your music, and I love your writing, and I really enjoy the way you express things. I am a genuine fan of your work - It is very odd to think about those open mics at Soma being FIVE YEARS AGO.

Your music made those three years of my life better. Really.
(Probably not going to shut up).

You were at the first show of the beta version of WBC, before I had named it. I know both you and Emily were there, and I don't recall anyone else I knew well.

I believe I was there, but it was before we knew each other. Soma seems like a lifetime ago.

I feel compelled to let you know that I almost always relate to your posts in a way that almost makes me uncomfortable. Especially the second-to-last paragraph, in this case.
