Apparently so! I was actually wondering if I could be of assistance to you; I'd heard you were the one to run the clinic, and I happen to be a doctor, so I thought I'd see if my skills were needed. Are they?

It's actually just "The Doctor". Easy to remember, I'm told. However, if that will create problems with differentiation (shouting out "Doctor" in a clinic might be a bit confusing)... I go by "John Smith" on occasion. Feel free to use that.
