I...I am aware that it can, and usually will happen, but... [But it's harder when it's real. It's harder when you don't know what to do, or how to even feel.]

[Presea doesn't speak, but she does make a confirming noise, and closes her eyes, though her face still looks troubled. How can she cope with it? With the strain on her chest? Why does it have to be so hard to understand?! She knows what she's feeling, but she just can't understand the underlying reasons as to why.]

How were you able to...approach those people? [She kinda looking for some advice.]

I think it depends on whether you knew them personally. I mean... people from your world showing up, it's always a little hurtful when they don't remember. But I've always found the best thing with them is to explain straight out they've been here before.

Luceti friends... it's a little harder. I had a friend go home and come back, and-- I thought maybe I could restart the friendship. But it hurt a lot.

With them it's harder, because what's good to do changes with every one of them.

...I see. This person is from my home, my world, but...but I myself am very far behind the others. Everything I have learned of my time has been taught to me here, in Luceti, by those I should know...but do not. I understand that it is difficult, and painful...to not know ones who are supposedly close to you.

I owe this person...a great deal. Yet now I am uncertain how to properly express my gratitude, when he cannot remember.

[She hasn't holed up in her room all day, just most of it. Presea still had a job to do at Seventh Heaven, even if she had been lackluster in that as well.]

A couple times before, yeah. But...I've been here for so long I guess in some ways I'm used to it.

How exactly...did you cope with the first few times?

Well... It's kind of hard to deal with when it's friends from home, because your experiences are different from theirs sometimes... Not really sure what I can share with them or not.

But if it's someone I met here, I figure it's not so bad. If you became friends with them once, then you can definitely do it again!

Back home, for as far as she can remember, she's never once met a person like Kratos. She hasn't met anyone from her group. It's just so much more of a problem. If, maybe, she knew, then this problem wouldn't exist...maybe.]
