[Early morning has Presea busy. After locating her clothes and axe from the shopping district, she's on her way through town to do what she does best, chop some wood. People may or may not see her at the edge of the forest, dragging her massive axe behind her without batting an eye. Her face is stoic and emotionless as usual, and she trudges onward

She turns and quickly holds up her axe, a resounding clang! echos through the forest as San's knife meets the flat side of Presea's axe - the child had used the thick blade as a sort of shield.]

[Had she the ability to, she'd be glaring, but Presea's eyes and face are livid as she gazes back into the mask staring her down. If it's a fight you want, so be it, though she would have easily left if you had asked. Silly girl.]

For now, she'll continue working, cutting off the branches of the tree and burying some of the young shoots into the ground. Hopefully they'd grow into new trees one day - she doesn't want to waste anything. When she's done that, Presea finally turns and stares at Yuan.

Technically, he doesn't need anything, but he is curious about the Exsphere's development. In order to properly investigate it, he'll have to try and get closer. The most important thing to remember about lifeless beings is that you shouldn't make them feel threatened.]

[It was an honest reply. Presea had been working as a woodcutter for ten years, and she didn't really need help. Perhaps he could help her carry some pieces, but she hadn't gotten to that just yet. She would let him watch, though, if he wanted. Just so long as that was all he did. She'll be moving back to her work now, swinging the axe onto the trunk and slicing it into pieces she could carry home.]

After some walking, he finds her. So he stands not too far away with his arms crossed, just watching her do her work.]

[Which causes the cut on her side to heal - probably not completely, but enough for it not to be potentially dangerous. Then, he crosses his arms again and shakes his head.]
No. If you wish to carry on, do so.

[And after looking back at him for just a moment longer, she hefts one of the big logs up onto her shoulder, and does the same for the other. Her axe she had fastened to her back beforehand to free her arms. She makes a careful turn, and then walks quietly over to her housemate.]
