Currently he's still at Marshall, in between bouts of attempting to talk to his estranged son.]

Letting other people handle stuff?

Telling other people what to do and letting them see to it. It is what rulers do when they have too much on their plate, as it were, to handle personally. It gets things done, and gets them done quicker. You supervise and make sure its correct but the overall work means less for yourself to handle alone.
