Okay, boy. I think this is it!

Yeah. I just moved here. Guilmon and I used to live in building 3, but we thought it would be nice to move over with all the other kids.

[Even though he himself hasn't moved into Building 7 yet, Taichi's wandering around the building to get a better look. He wanted to explore through it before deciding to follow Raine's advice and move himself, Hikari, and Daisuke into the building. Hence the reason he suddenly spots Takato.]
