This... This is most troubling. I seem to have lost the control over my powers of flight. It is not terribly easy to control my movements like this either, as I've found myself bouncing off the ceiling and walls quite a few times.

Would someone perhaps mind helping me? Or at least open a window so I might be able to get myself out into open air?
