Back from France not a moment too soon. The French Ministry is an architectural masterpiece, but I must admit tailing Minister Fudge for three days as he convened with no less than ten French department heads grew a bit tedious. This was due in no small part to the fact that I couldn't seem to find a bottle of quick-dry ink to save my life. Thank
