I set up a Yahoo!Group and am going to compose a post where I'll ask who seriously, actively wants to help make this happen (I'll invite those to join the group so we can start discussing details and such) and that's going to include a poll (which I'll ask people to pimp on their flists) to determine how much initial interest there is in such a thing.
