This was a terrible idea. Wasn't it? It had to be. Elsa couldn't for the life of her convince herself that it was a good idea. If she just didn't show up, then maybe they'd both forget anything had ever happened. Maybe they'd just pretend that it was all some kind of late-night sleep deprived hallucination.
Maybe it was too late now, because she was knocking on Karina's doorframe.
"Not really," Elsa admitted, stepping into the room, and pulling the door closed behind herself. "I couldn't get my mind to stop racing long enough for the rest of me to catch up and get some rest. You?"
"About the same," she confessed, tucking her laptop over on her nightstand. "Please, sit wherever, there's lots of room. Did you want anything to drink?"
