Carrots are not going to help you with your anemia. I am not one to infringe upon your personal freedom and right of choice, but might I suggest stopping the blood donation until you get this iron deficiency in control? Or perhaps even stopping the 12-mile bike rides until then? Do I need to send you meat? I heard Total has iron filings in it. Try running a magnet over them and let me know.

I am not eating only carrots, I promise! Turns out the body needs fats to absorb iron? So I am eating some of that, too. The healthful kind. And I am taking a break from bloodletting until my balance is restored

Lol the leeches do complain. A disgruntled phlebotomist is a bad thing to have.

Sweden guy is a penpal of Dana's. He flew in to Newark yesterday; she went down to meet him. Raphael and I are meeting him Sunday when Dana and ~Andreas~ come back up to Upstate.

That might be good. Think I'm free then. How's about Saturday night, 9 p.m. your time?
