MIND READING: Well, they can try. Considering how different her biology is, it probably won't work.
LOCATION SENSING: This will probably work, depending on how it works.
TELEPATHY: Same as Mind reading; she doesn't have just one real brain.
SPECIAL/MAGICAL ITEMS: Totally! Karin would be very interested!
FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: Honestly, she can't really fight; at least, not on land. She never really fights herself, and, as I've said, will even forgive and try to be friends with people who have tried to kill her. However, if desperate, she'll fight back, and if this is in the water, it'll be deadly. She doesn't want it to be, and she honestly doesn't mean to kill the person, it's just the environment she's in.
INJURY/DEATH: I'd REALLY rather not have her die, but injury is just fine.
WIN/LOSE/TIE: Since she almost never wants to fight, it's usually N/A. When forced to fight, and on land, there'd probably be somewhat of a tie between losing and tie. If in the water, however, and forced to fight, I wouldn't be surprised if it's all wins, just in how she's built. Much of octopus bodies are muscle, after all, and they can do more than most humans can.
MEDICAL/PHYSICAL INFO: She can't survive for very long on land, and needs to be in the water at all times; her walker is very helpful, but even with that, she needs to take time to change the water in there, and not just stay in it at all times. However, if, say, when she's escaping from a fight, one of her limbs comes off, she can grow a new one, though it isn't quite the same as the original, and sometimes can end up splitting into two. She hasn't had that happen yet, and she'd rather not.
ROMANCE/RELATIONSHIPS: Considering she's somewhat of a pre-teen, and, you know, an octopus-alien, this mostly isn't very viable. Friendship is more than welcome, though, and she's always going to try to befriend people.
SEXUAL RELATIONS: She's mentally 14, actual age 8, and AN OCTOPUS(-alien). There are SEVERAL seats you might want to sit down in here.
PHYSICAL CONTACT: She'll reach out to touch you most of the time, although you PROBABLY don't want to kiss her. Hugging, tentacle-holding, any sort of touching she'll love, though.
ANY TRIGGERS/SECRETS/FACTS YOU WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT: She starts to panic a little when all on her own, always wanting to be near people and touch people and talk to them. She also gets nervous about being out in the open, though she can handle that a bit better. She's very intelligent, so if you try to hide something from her, she's very likely to find it. Finally, fluffy things trigger an extremely child-like glee, even more than usual. She'll try to touch it without even saying anything, not asking, no explanation. She's not wanting to eat it, it's just she's never seen ANYTHING furry before. She's heard about Hiftlings (sentient fox-like creature), but nothing quite like that.
Edit: It just came to my mind that, honestly, there's no way she can know how to read. She'd be entirely illiterate, as they've never written anything down themselves. The Hiftlings they uplifted started "writing" some time after being uplifted, and more so after meeting humans, but so far it's mostly pictographs. Still, it's been so recently, they really haven't learned much about it yet.
