I thought to fill out some character maps to help me flesh out trivial information about Sanji, but all of the maps I have could be answered with canon info and didn't delve deep enough into the character's habits and lifestyle. So I'm just going to slap out some unorganized streams of consciousness.
Cooking
Sanji doesn't have any preferences when it comes to cooking for others. He worked in a restaurant for ten years, so he has cooked a variety of dishes and knows that the goal of his cooking is to please the palate of the customer, not his own. So, even though he has a canon favorite food (spicy seafood pasta), when it comes to others, he cooks to please their taste. Even if this means making separate dishes to keep mushrooms out of Usopp's meals. While he doesn't personally subscribe to vegetarianism, he won't mock or dismiss someone else for wanting a vegetarian dish, and will prepare their food appropriately without complaint. Even though his seafaring world means they eat a lot of seafood, he doesn't particularly specialize in seafood dishes - he has no one specialty. Sanji's training at the Baratie prepared him for everything - main dishes, appetizers, desserts, vegetables, meat, fish, etc. He collects recipes from all over, and whenever he visits a new island he tries to get recipes for or at least taste the local cuisine. Spices and other ingredients are a bonus. While on Earth he has been reading up on other cultures' cuisine and replicating them, from the Indian dishes Raven introduced him to, to actual Japanese cooking that is so similar to some of what they have back home. He makes beautiful artistic bento boxes, even if he has no direct connection to the Japanese tradition.
Sanji prefers to cook from scratch as much as possible, even in this world of modern conveniences. He makes his own stock for soups and stews, and always mixes his dough for bread and pastries from scratch. He likes appliances but not ready-made food products, because when he reads the labels and sees no ingredients he recognizes, he gets leery. He would rather control the nutrition and content of his food himself. About the only exception to this is buying bread and pasta, as long as he can buy it organic or natural. He isn't like your usual food snob, he doesn't buy organic for the name - he actually reads the labels and only buys pre-made foods that are made the same way he would make it if he had the time at home. Cereal grains, pasta, etc. If his crewmates want to go out and buy Twinkies and Cheetos and soda, they can do it with their own money. He does eat out on occasion, because he isn't the kind of cook who turns his nose up at other cooks' dishes. But he will only do take-out on very very rare occasions, when he is physically unable to get to the kitchen and the crew is beyond hungry or they beg him.
Fashion
The first thing Sanji did when he got his bearings (after arriving in the City) was get his suit coat cleaned and repaired, since he came from Sabaody where he was beaten up. Since then, regardless of his financial situation, he has saved up to buy new clothes whenever needed or wanted. Most of his wardrobe consists of dress shirts and a few ties, and trousers, but he also has a few t-shirts, short-sleeved button-downs, and a couple hoodies, as well as jeans and a couple pairs of long board-shorts or cargo shorts for summer. He has a pair of trunks for swimming (I believe they're blue), a leather winter coat (Shiro shredded his wool peacoat), and scarf and mittens. He doesn't really care for hats, but it's not like he's vehemently against them. He just runs hotter than most people, so he doesn't get cold if his head is uncovered. He has a pair of sunglasses with gold-tinted lenses (like in the icon). He usually wears either his shoes from home or the pair Edna made for him, since those are the only two pairs that can withstand his kicks. He does own a couple other pairs, though - some stylish wingtips, boots, and sandals.
He has an affinity for vertical stripes, though there is probably at least one paisley shirt in his closet. No one color dominates his wardrobe, he has shirts in pink, yellow, teal, purple, and dark blue, among others. He likes to look stylish, but isn't necessarily a slave to trends. When attending a formal function, he wears his double-breasted suit with a dark blue shirt and white tie. At work or whenever cooking, he takes off the suit coat and rolls up his shirtsleeves, even though he does own one apron (he tends to only wear it at home). He does not wear a chef's uniform, and even when catering Raven's wedding he didn't bother to put one on. It's possible that he could, however, if a catering gig asked him to. Now that he's not on a ship he doesn't sleep in his clothes - usually just a pair of shorts/his underwear in the summer, maybe some flannel pajama pants in the winter. He has discovered boxer-briefs and loves them.
Smoking and Drinking
I have a ridiculous understanding of Sanji's bad habits. He smokes filterless cigarettes, but since his favorite brand isn't found in the world he's been taken to, he has had to experiment to find a new one he likes. He got to the point where he just didn't find a good brand, so he has started rolling his own with loose tobacco. He carries his cigarettes and a lighter in a tobacco purse, which is usually in either a trouser pocket or the inside pocket of his suit coat if he's wearing it. He has one last box of matches from home, but it's like a memento, so he doesn't use it. He does occasionally use matches as well, even though lighters are more convenient. He smokes about half a pack a day (unless it's a stressful day/he's fighting a lot). However, if he gets into a fight, he can go through three or four cigs in a single battle depending on how many he drops or gets smacked out of his mouth. He tends to have one in the morning, one after meals, and one before bed (like a night cap), and then at least two smoke breaks during the course of the day. If he's going to be interrupted, he will snuff out a half-finished cigarette and save it for later. He never litters - we see this in canon, where he stashes the butts of his cigarettes in his tobacco purse. It's his habit, so he keeps it to himself literally by disposing properly of his butts or stashing them to throw away later if he's in a situation where the choice is to keep it or drop it on the ground. He isn't too pleased with the smoking ordinances, and he violates them all the time so long as he doesn't get caught - it isn't that he's afraid of the law, he just doesn't want to waste good money on fines.
Sanji is well-versed in the varieties of alcohol and which foods they should be paired with. Because of that, he will drink nearly anything. With meals he prefers wine, and knows his way around reds and whites, blushes, etc. For casual or party drinking, he will gladly have rum, sake, or beer, whatever is served or available. He can mix a few cocktails but he isn't fully up on modern mixology. His tolerance is far less than Nami's or Zoro's, but far more than Usopp's - he can get pretty drunk, but it still takes at least five strong drinks to get tipsy. Most of the time he doesn't get that bad, and one or two casual drinks won't hardly affect him at all. And he knows the difference between cooking wine and the stuff for drinking, so if someone tries to imbibe his cooking wines, he'll make sure they don't.
Modern Life in The City
Back in his world, Sanji was accustomed to phonographs, live music, and den-den mushi broadcasts that could handle audio or, in the case of the telecast at Sabaody of the incident at Marineford, video. It didn't take long for him to understand CDs and movies, though having a television was still something of a novelty since, for a while, he was hardly ever home to watch it. Working at All That Jazz made him realize almost immediately that he loved the style, though he can also appreciate pop and some rock. He loved Dazzler and has all of her CDs. He hardly ever watches movies (theatre or DVD) because he just doesn't have the time, but last Christmas he finally sat down and watched "Pirates of the Caribbean" and is not amused. Because he worked alongside primarily natives and in an entertainment venue, he's aware of a lot of modern pop culture, but he never lets on when something goes over his head or he doesn't get a reference. He at least understands that movies and TV are somehow ridiculously important to a lot of natives and they communicate in that fashion when they have nothing else to say. He owns a cell phone, and keeps the numbers of ladies who met him at the club in case he ever needs a quick date. He will probably also collect the numbers from the pirate-girls who backed him up in the War of Four Walls.
Like at home, Sanji tends to get the newspaper every day to keep up on local news, if nothing else. He also frequents bookstores and reads often. He prefers fiction, especially fantasy and romance, but he also reads up on interesting tidbits about this world on behalf of the crew members he know would love to know them - like reading about the ruins and monuments of Egypt because he knows Robin would love it. He has checked out books about pirates, and discovered that a lot of our famous historical pirates have namesakes in his world - thus, he believes that the reason people knew him and Luffy among the nerd brigade is because they, like Blackbeard and Newgate and Bellamy and others, are historically famous here as well. He has picked up a couple of cookbooks just for perusal, such as an Indian recipe book. Oh, and Iron Chef? He thinks it's a crock. Canonly (in an anime filler episode) he stated flat-out that he isn't interested in cooking contests, so he really doesn't watch any of those competition shows on the Food Network. If he didn't have cable before, he does now, and in the mornings he will watch the recipe shows.
Because he has little other way to train, Sanji runs every day - sprints, runs as though the hounds of hell were on his tail, not just jogs. He doesn't train like Zoro does, he doesn't lift weights or do push-ups or anything. He isn't afraid of or opposed to vehicles, but he'd rather walk/run and uses it for training. He'll take a cab if he has to, if he's carrying too much or has to get somewhere distant in a hurry. He won't race if he's got grocery bags or anything like that, but once his hands are empty, he's back to running. If he has no errands, he'll run in the mornings between his breakfast tea and cigarette and the time he has to start cooking lunch for his crewmates. He still collects the $200 stipend every week and lives in the free MAC even though he hasn't done anything heroic in a long time.
Now that he's no longer involved with All That Jazz, he doesn't get to feed the homeless with leftover scraps. But you can bet that if he happens to be out somewhere and he runs into someone genuinely hungry, he'll be the guy who silently goes into the nearest convenience store, buys food, and hands it over. As a side note regarding the club: his manager and the real estate agent he went to ended up helping him a great deal in negotiating and finalizing the sale. He made sure his employees left with high recommendations to work at other establishments and a bonus package for the best of them. The whole building was sold to a developer and the club shut down, meaning he also sold off all of the furniture and allowed his manager to put some of the artifacts from the dressing room up on eBay for collectors (there might have been a hairbrush from Dazzler back there, who knows). He raked in quite a lot of money over the deal, most of which is going to go toward his boat - and feeding Luffy.
The Physical Form
Sanji is, officially, 5'9" tall or thereabouts, only a centimeter shorter than Zoro - so they're for all intents and purposes about the same height. In March 2011 he turned 21, which puts him at the same age as he would be post-timeskip. He's been keeping his hair around the same length as it was when he arrived, which is still longer than it was when he left the Baratie. His chin scruff has been growing out, even if it isn't reflected in his icons. He looks thin, but he's actually all muscle - his legs may have super-strength granted to them, but his upper body is naturally strong as well, in order for him to support his own weight when he does his acrobatic moves. A curious bit of trivia is that he has never broken his legs - his ribs many many times, his back once, but never his legs or feet. He has relatively few scars despite his many lacerations and bruises over time, only three little ones on his right thumb from peeling apples years ago, one on his left forearm, and a tiny surgery scar on his spine. He is naturally blond, though his facial hair (and presumably other hair) is black or at least dark. There is absolutely nothing wrong with his hidden eye, the reason he lets his hair grow to cover is is because his eyebrows curl in the same direction, making his face asymmetrical - he would look stupid if he had both exposed. That eyebrow curl is also natural.
Like his limbs, his fingers are long and graceful, and his feet are strong to the point of being skilled with even his toes. Smoking has somehow not ruined his stamina or his lungs (that we know of). He is a good dancer, on account of his natural grace and his martial arts training. He is not a virgin, all his bragging is actually based in reality - he's a good kisser, as well, if anyone would let him. He's very flexible, and can bend his leg joints ridiculously far. He can actually raise his foot straight over his head, and grab or trap with his legs. His legs are a bit hairy but his chest isn't. His personal grooming routine ensures that he looks good, but he doesn't go overboard - he doesn't shave, for example. He prefers "clean" scents if any, but no matter what products he uses, he always ends up smelling of cigarettes and fish to some degree. It doesn't waft off him, but if you got up close and personal with him you would notice. He has always made cryptic remarks in canon about his internal heat or his flame of passion (being able to use Diable Jambe because "the flame of passion in his heart burns hotter" than using friction to set his leg on fire), so I tend to believe he has a higher internal thermostat than most humans. That just means he doesn't get as cold as others when it's cold out, and rarely wears a hat.
Recent canon has revealed that Sanji has an extremely rare blood type, with a negative RH factor. It's possible that no one on this planet could give him a transfusion if he needed one, but healing powers/magic as well as his own healing factor (in the City) can restore him.
