Gwynn didn't know what had come over her earlier and she was horrified at her behavior. She was beginning to think that something very strange was going on. She had been dealing with all of these strange feelings the last few days and she had never acted like this before

K-Mart was still twitchy over the backrub of sexiness from Hurley -- not that she'd minded it, really, but this week was going to kill her -- and she really needed to just flail at someone.

Savannah and Johnny were both out, since they were quite likely doing each other other things.

And Hurley... also out.

Which left Gwynn. Who K-Mart didn't know terribly well but was getting to know her better.

Unfortunately, K-Mart was doing more of the quiet ogling as she stood in the open doorway and less of the knocking.

Gwynn turned around in her search, and was surprised to see K-Mart standing in the doorway.

"Hello, K-Mart."

Part of her was shocked, but the part of her that was acting out of character preened a little at being ogled.

"Like what you see?"

She did not just say that.

"Uh-huh." K-Mart grinned cheerfully, leaning against the doorframe. "Then again, I like pretty people in general."

Oh God, did she really say that?

Gwynn grinned. She liked that answer.

"You can come in if you like," she said, clearing off the bed.

This could prove to be a bad idea.
