Tommy seriously confuses Kate. Here's this guy who (no matter how much they both protest) looks a hell of a lot like another guy she's known for quite a bit longer--relatively speaking, at least--but is completely different, especially with the whole hitting on her thing. Once she gets past that she'll respond favorably enough to being properly flirted with, but if Eli somehow manages to pull his head out of his ass before then Tommy might be out of luck. Might. It all depends on timing. *whistles innocently*
