He also knew he'd seen just about every living person on the Enterprise, either as a patient of his or being treated by another member of the medical team. Jim had indeed neither rested nor stopped for a moment to think of anything but the mission since she'd first set foot on the Enterprise. Now they were slowly making their way back to Earth in a ship that was as beat-up and running on empty as its acting captain. There seemed to be an endless stream of things to see to, take care of and decide on. Which was why she was still on the Bridge, trying to clean up and put out metaphorical fires in the aftermath.

She was beginning to come down from the adrenaline high she'd been on for so long, her entire body felt like it had been run over by an old-fashioned steam train and she was only awake due to the copious amounts of replicated coffee she'd consumed. That and sheer willpower to do this as well as she could, if not better.

Stepping onto the Bridge, Leonard nodded at everyone who turned to look at him, already beginning to master the art of looking like the CMO had any reason to be there. Except he did. There was a stowaway-slash-mutiner-captain that needed him, whether she was going to admit that or not.

Coming around the Captain's chair, he stopped just at Jim's side. "Captain, if ya've got a moment?"
