Theodore Nott seems to have a couple of interesting ideas regarding Justin's predicament (though I do hope he doesn't get himself killed you he thinks Justin will). I never thought of a past-life disillusionment spell... I've never really read a great deal about them. But they sound rather interesting and I will have to do some research into it

I think you're a bit confused about the social order of conversation. You see, most people would rather talk to a cat than Miss Weasley. (But then, most people would rather talk to a cat than listen to you prattle on about know-it-all things that are of absolutely no worth, as well.)

If these people are characters in books then I don't think they count. The Count of Monte Cristo and such unfortunately do not have much say in who decides to strike up a conversation with them.
