Ron is nowhere to be found. I've searched high and low for him. I've even asked Mrs Weasley and Ginny if they knew where he was. They say he's around here somewhere. I can't find him. Maybe he's avoiding me

Ron's missing? Really? Maybe he holed himself up in the library to do his schoolwork. I mean, he's only got three more days. And he knows you'll give him what for if he's not finished.

Hedwig is getting a bit edgy, but I'm going to let her fly to Hogwarts instead of taking her on the train. She'll be fine after that.

I was in the library all day and I didn't see him. I didn't check the gardens, though...

Speaking of gardens, how did you planting go?

If I never garden again it will be too soon. Apparently the pink tulips were just awful, so I had to plant yellow ones. And then, Aunt Petunia thought it would be 'just precious' to have petunias growing in the front yard. So I had to plant them.

Hopefully with only a few days left, there will be no more gardening days.

If Ron is in the gardens, yell at him for me, will you? Just for being in a bloody garden.

Actually, I've given up looking. If he needs anything, he'll come to me, I think. Not that he ever needs anything from me except the occasional help on his homework which he hasn't done anyway, so...
