Es likes the Doctor! For one thing, he has Fon's seal of approval which goes a long way in Es's book. His questions are a bit hard to answer at times, because Es doesn't really broadcast the fact that he's a spare to non-clones, but if they talked more and Es grew to trust the Doctor more on his own, he may end up telling him voluntarily.

Vincent is so delighted by Oriya it's not funny. So dumb! So devoted! Since Muraki was so angry at such a little prank, so crazy! To start with, he was just playing with Oriya because Oriya is Muraki's thing, but now Vincent would love to play with Oriya a bit more just to see what he does. Will he go to crazier feats! HOW FAR WILL HE GOOO. Though he was a little surprised Muraki found out at all, that wasn't the impression he had of Oriya's nature.

He's not going to play with Oriya though. Not for a long while. If Muraki starts to hate him, he loses too much for a bit of fun. So it's too dangerous a game for him to play :B and he won't play it yet. So if it is a game, it is a waiting game. I hear you are making friends with my brother :'D Vincent approves of that. If Oriya likes Gil, Muraki would be less inclined to touch him if Vincent pisses him off.

Oriya is alternatively furious with Vincent and furious at himself. He wasn't too thrilled with Vincent in the first place, but now he...doesn't quite hate him, but it's a close thing. Vincent just hit on a few of the things that bother Oriya the most: being played with and involving Muraki. Oriya is entirely irrational when it comes to things involving Muraki (especially damage to Muraki), and even though Vincent didn't actually do anything, he did screw around with Oriya's feelings a thousand times more than Cori ever did. In the end it wasn't really about the eye, but about desperation, rage, and inadequacy. Oriya felt entirely helpless when he got to the end and realized the eye wasn't in the box. (Rewind to the last time Muraki almost died.) He will never forgive Vincent for making him feel that way again

Well, he had two scenarios in his head originally: either Oriya would have worked out earlier that someone was fucking with him and given up by the time he got to the tree and the eye wasn't there (this is the "Oriya is smarter than I previously assumed" scenario identified by only one of his packages being touched) and then the "Oriya is dumb but also the strong silent type" scenario which was Oriya getting to the end and then not telling Muraki. His optimum was that one. What he got was "Oriya was dumb and somehow on the weak side", which is between the two and the least comfortable because he would have obviously rathered Muraki not know.

We should thread again face to face at some point :B I think it will be funny.

Ronan goes travelling with the Doctor, what is the first thing they do.

Go and hit up the money exchange so that Ronan can carry on being a dick and handing over alien currency every time a wizard makes a bet with him.

But along the way they get caught up in an alien civilisation making first space contact and there's all this menacing stuff about a darkness from above. Ronan makes the worst companion ever in that he immediately starts wondering "well, what's wrong with this picture" and starts solving it on his own, and the Doctor is kind of "...:|" because this is an important historical moment and they can't mess it up by interfering! EVEN IF GOD IS TELLING YOU, RONAN (WHICH I AM NOT SURE I BELIEVE, IT'S NOT VERY SCIENTIFIC), YOU CAN'T JUST REPROGRAM THEIR ENTIRE SOLAR SYSTEM.

Ronan very nearly got left behind there.

I HAVE PRETTY MUCH ENJOYED MOST OF OUR THREADS so. Uhh. I would love to actually do a plot with you sometime! I have no idea what, but I think there could be some fun had for all!

I AM NOT SURE I REALLY KNOW HOW TO DO PLOTS. but we could come up with something I bet :B

Soul Eater! Most immediately I really hope we get to see Giriko as a woman, because I am shallow and it would be hot. I also expect something amazing with everyone turning slowly back to their normal sex, but I don't have any specific hopes for that because I'm sure whatever happens will be awesome. I hope that the current plotline makes Maka/Soul a little more explicit and less tsundere/oblivious, but I am still a bit "uuuh shounen manga author writing romance" so mostly I just hope he doesn't fail at it. I hope Free shows up again soon because he's hot and I like him and it's been too long!

In a more far-future sense, I hope this next arc unfolds as Shibusen vs. Noah's team with Medusa manipulating from the shadows. It like it looks like it's going to, and it would fit the pattern of new antagonists popping up to keep her out of immediate confrontation. I really don't know what I want to happen with Medusa ultimately. Obviously she can't win

Goldilocks just wanted power, specifically political power. She lost and got like, hatched and fell down a cliff and got run over by a car :'D But she was okay in the end and went for more in her ruthless way.

Dietrich won't... get redeemed. He will [ betray his side, or leave his side, or something like that ] but his whole thing is being a twisted personality. He was pretty much born twisted. His game, however, is purely hedonistic. He does things which bring him pleasure and interest him and doesn't do things which bore him or hurt him
