I think the giant tree, the flying islands, and the huge glass bowl are better signs of fiction than the lack of TV. Which isn't total, actually; there's one in the bar.
Of course. Some places in the world don't have any at all. But if not for the lack of technology, it would feel like I was in some sort of strange theme park instead.
