words will never be able to perfectly represent emotions and feelings, because first of all, we have different perspectives and outtakes on certain words. even basic words will bring different mental pictures and associations, when combined will usually lead to a different outcome for everyone. no offense, but you will fail before you start if you want to turn thoughts into words, so just recognize the fact and let words off the top of your head flow.
would you still not be communicating by words? and even then, if you submitted pictures or whatever else, it would still be out of context in the recipient's brain. clear communication simply doesnt exist, there will always be misunderstandings. and thats what keeps life interesting.
i dont know, i think i know what you mean. i've always admired the way some writers and people can sum up so much stuff into a few sentences or so, packing it in so tightly. then, they invite you to think about it and discover what they are really saying so when you find out you feel special. yeah, i wish i could do that too, but i believe it has a limited success rate for only those who have had similiar experiences that will paper trail to the same given conclusion, based on how subtly the author or whoever wants to hint at the point. i think alot of stuff goes by us that would have a similiar effect, but we simply do not have the connections through experiences that would allow us to share emotions and feelings. we have to realize that some people get it and some dont, and dont feel bad when we get bad signals. it would also help if people in general were more honest in how they felt and came clean, that way there would be much more harmony. i keep thinking of death cab for cutie/postal service lyrics when i think of this
