Ah- a day without Rick. He dropped me off back at my apartment this morning and I've had some quality time with both my computer and my television. How many liberals does it take to change a light bulb?

Ten, but they will need to debate whether or not the bulb actually exists. Even then, they still may not change it, for fear of alienating those who use florescent bulbs.

On the flip side:

How many conservatives does it take to change a lightbulb ?

None. The invisible hand does it.
