today i woke up pretty early (for me at least). it was about 11 so i go myself some breakfast and decided to do some pilates. the whole tape takes about an hour and 15 minutes and i didnt feel like wasting that much time so i skipped the warm up. bad idea. my muscles werent awake yet and my heart rate wasnt fast enough so i got tiered really fast.
