soo true marius, but honestly from the 12 weeks that ive gotten to know you especially this past summers 6 weeks you need an outlet for your artistic expression maybe God (if you want to go that direction) is trying to tell you the people at Eau Claire arent good enough for you maybe advertise in the local area? Ha Ha I know EC isnt great for it.
Now being a college student I understand how essential it is to have a good roomate otherwise other things suffer and I could see you dying with most of the people that I know that went to UWEC.
Also I know your parents are paying for your education but as Ive told many its more important to do what you want to do it takes awhile to convince them sometimes but you need to be happy and if math and german is your thing go for it.
And did you notice you just played gute sache/ schlechte sache? ha ha ive been thinking a lot about waldsee lately Im glad there are positives. ~Lotte
Have you told your parents what you said here? About *why* you want to change? Because there's no point in you getting a "useful" degree that you will never use because you hate it. So change your majors, and do what's right for you, and don't worry too much about your parents' practical concerns. And let's face it--there are *very few* people who actually end up getting employed based on what they majored in in college--and if that is the ultimate goal, you almost certainly have to go to grad school

while i am a bit biased...I have a "useless" degree and I sometimes regret it, but mostly, I am glad I studied what interested me. Go for it, because there are always ways to find a job later, but you cannot go back and change what you did during these four years
