Room 525, Wednesday Evening

Eric was glad, upon returning to his room on Wednesday evening, to find that Myn wasn't there. Not that he was avoiding his roommate, of course, not at all -- he'd only been very glad to see that Myn had left before he woke up on Monday, and even more glad when the same had happened Tuesday and today

Myn wasn't avoi-- okay, no, Myn was avoiding Eric. He had even, finally, admitted it to himself. Target practice, the discovery of the flight sim, and movie night with Tony had been good ways to sort of shove the memories from the weekend farther behind the walls of Things to Never Discuss.

Thus Myn wasn't too alarmed when he let himself into the room and found Eric there already. He went straight to his own bed and pulled out his datapad, tapping a few commands into it so that a small holographic model of an X-wing fighter hovered over it.

Two could play the "I'm totally not paying attention" game.

Unfortunately, the hologram thing was still too knew for Eric, so when he cracked his eyes open a little and spotted it, he had to turn to look at it more fully.

One headphone slipped out, and he found himself half-smiling, quite shyly. "Hey."

It was something, at least, right? Some kind of... words between them?

Myn looked up quickly. "...Hi. I'm sorry, did I wake you?" The holo snubfighter pivoted in a sedate little circle, giving a nice 3D view of it. Myn ignored it.

"It's fine," Eric said, not wanting to lie, exactly, but not wanting to admit to having been faking it. "What is that?" he asked.
